What to do if a top is too small?

I got this cute top at my internship, but unfortunately it was to small for me at my breasts and my armpits. I still loved the top, so this is why I cut it.

Fold the top like you see on the picture and cut the black line.

 

I cut the armholes bigger, so that there is more space. Now it fits me perfectly and I even like it better this way. Cute for in summer with shorts.
